Show your installer a plan of table locations and the routes staff use. Keep bases and cables out of walkways. Positioning should be checked while tables and chairs are in their normal places, not in an empty room.
Consider directed airflow carefully
Strong airflow aimed at one table may be uncomfortable for guests or disturb lightweight items. Ask about the available speed and direction controls for the chosen variant. A fan circulates air; choosing it does not by itself resolve a kitchen ventilation requirement.
Allow for cleaning access and service
