- Motor warranty: 7 years.
- Kit/PCB warranty: 5 years, where fitted.
- Free after-sales service, including home visits and labour. Replacement parts remain subject to warranty coverage.

1. Motor warranty: Every Sonex fan model carries a 7-year motor warranty from the date of purchase, subject to the coverage and exclusions below.
2. The 7-year motor warranty also applies to plastic fans, including louver, bracket, exhaust and false ceiling fans.
3. Plastic Body Parts are not covered under Warranty.
4. Kit/PCB warranty: Every Sonex fan model fitted with a kit/PCB carries a 5-year kit warranty from the date of purchase. AC/DC fan motors carry the same 7-year motor warranty.
5. Other parts, including the remote, capacitor and gearbox, carry a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. Motor and kit/PCB coverage is as stated above.
6. For a motor burnout caused by a manufacturing fault, the motor or affected spare parts will be replaced under the applicable motor warranty. This motor-specific provision does not replace the separate kit/PCB and other-parts warranty periods stated above. Coverage and exclusions continue to apply.
7. Guarantee is not valid if motor and parts are burnt due to voltage fluctuation.
8. Guarantee is not valid if fan is burnt due to wrong connection or wrong installation process.
9. Guarantee is not valid if motor is burnt due to water seepage.
10. Guarantee does not cover if fan is burnt due to defected or over range capacitor.
11. Warranty does not apply on regular wear and tear.
12. Guarantee does not cover any fault or damage resulting from accident, attempted repair, mishandling or negligence on part of the customer.
13. Sonex Fans is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages in connection with the use of its products.
14. Warranty applies to genuine Sonex fans purchased directly from Sonex, including sonexfan.com, or from an authorized Sonex dealer, and operated in Pakistan. When buying from a dealer, check that the dealer is authorized to sell Sonex fans.
15. Retain your proof of purchase, as advised in the catalogue, and present it with your warranty card when requesting service. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the manufacturing date marked on the product will be used as the purchase date to calculate the warranty period. All other coverage and exclusions remain applicable.
16. Guarantee terms cannot be modified, changed or extended by any person, third party, Distributor or a dealer, unless change, modify or extended by Company.
17. Company holds the right to modify, or to update terms and conditions in any time without any notice.
18. Disputes, if any, shall have jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala.
19. This guarantee is only valid on products that are manufactured by (Sonex Fans Gujranwala)
20. These terms are valid in Pakistan only.
21. The 5-year kit/PCB warranty applies to all Sonex fan models fitted with a kit/PCB, including AC/DC inverter fans.
22. AC inverter fan kits/PCBs are also covered for 5 years from the date of purchase.
23. Not Acceptable Claims:
PCB is failed because of severe dust and humidity.
- Any part/components of PCB is burst.
Market repaired PCBs will not be entertained in warranty.
Physically damaged PCB or PCB having any components damaged will not be entertained in warranty.
Fuse, NTC and MOV components will not be entertained in warranty as these are safety components and these components are only failed whenever there is abnormal input supply.
Burst capacitors in ACDC PCB running on DC supply will not be entertained inwarranty. This is failed because of continuous over voltage supply from DC side.
1. The warranty provided by (Sonex Fans Gujranwala) shall apply to manufacturing defects and covers for domestic/household use only.
2. The Warranty card is not transferable and not replaceable in the event of a loss.
3. Warranty applies to genuine Sonex fans purchased directly from Sonex, including sonexfan.com, or from an authorized Sonex dealer, and operated in Pakistan only.
4. The end-user shall only engage Sonex authorized service centre or authorized contract workshop to provide warranty related services.
5. Retain and present the warranty card and proof of purchase when requesting service. If proof of purchase is unavailable, the manufacturing-date fallback in clause 15 above applies.
6. After-sales service is free, including home visits and labour. Replacement parts remain subject to the warranty coverage and exclusions stated on this page.
7. The warranty will be voided under the following conditions:
§ The serial number of the appliance has been altered, tampered with or removed.
§ The appliance has not been installed, maintained or operated as per instructions given by the manufacturer.
§ The appliance has undergone, repairs, modifications, or dismantled by any other person before verification of approval by Sonex.
§ The defect caused by abnormal voltage or in-coming power supply from a generator or UPS.
§ The defect caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents and other natural disasters or due to deviation from recommended application and installation.
§ The defect caused by excessive heat, excessive dust, corrosive surroundings, such as cement factory etc.
8. Warranty does not cover parts which require replacement in the ordinary course of use due to normal wear and tear, including accessories.
9. Warranty does not cover external appearance parts which include cabinet and joints against damages, scratches and aging.
10. Warranty will be voided if the appliance is being operated without Sonex genuine or manufacturer recommended parts.
11. Sonex liability under this warranty is limited to repairing and/or replacing defective products only.
12. The warranty does not cover any losses and damages caused directly or indirectly by the products.
13. Sonex may refuse to attend products installed in locations that are inaccessible or hazardous to its service agents.
14. Sonex reserves the right to reject the warranty claim incase of non-observance of a clause.
15. This warranty and the use of this product will be governed by Pakistan law.
16. Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this warranty or the use of product may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Gujranwala.
